Victor Fun Days

Looking for a fun filled family event to attend? We’re excited to bring to Victor Montaa, Victor Days!! This will be a fun filled 2 day event with lots of family activities.
Victor Days kicks off at 2pm on Friday August 9th, with a Craft Market, Cornhole Tournament, Bouncy Houses, Food trucks, a Bar & Live Music from 6pm-8pm, and Bouncy Houses!!

Saturday August 10th festivities kick off at 10am with the Craft Market opening, Food Trucks,a Parade at 11am, Live Music from Noon-6pm, Cornhole Tournament Starting at Noon, Stick horse races in the park (after the parade) Egg & Spoon race to follow Stick horse Races, and Bouncy House set up the entire time too!!

This event will be held at the Victor Park, In VIctor Montana, 1 block off HWY 93. Everyone going down the highway will see the Event and signs leading you too the event.

Spaces are 10×10
Room for 72 vendors.
No power is available. If you need power you will need to bring a generator that is 65 DB or less.

Victor Days Parade

Nothing says summer in Montana, like a parade!  And almost everyone loves them! Parades symbolize independence, history and culture.
 
From the candy for the kids, music for the adults and an opportunity for politicians and veterans to reinforce our independence.

Victor Days Cornhole Tournament

Do you love Cornhole? Make sure you come down to Victor Days August 9th & 10th, in Victor Montana! We will have lots of Cornhole action (three different tournaments) to get involved in BOTH days. Email us for more information Ravallifun@gmail.com

Exhibitor /Sponsor agreement:

 1) All exhibits MUST be paid for at time of application, to reserve your space. 
2) No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside space other than those furnished by sponsors. NO TENT STAKES ALLOWED (due to inground irrigation). To hold down your canopies/Awnings must use weights, NO cinder blocks can be used. 
3.) All Exhibits must be confined to the space they are registered for. Exhibitors assume all liabilities and /or obligations caused by faulty or improper displays Also responsible for keeping your space clean for the safety of the public, and making sure your space is clean when you leave at the end of the event.  
4.) Exhibitors shall abide by and observe all laws, rules and regulations of the State of Montana and the City of Victor, and of Ravalli COunty, and departments thereof and all the rules of the Victor Park District. 
5.) Once a contract is filled out and paid for- Exhibitors shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee should the exhibitor for any reason be unable to exhibit the Event. No rolling over funds from event to another event. Payment in full is required with registration, no exceptions! 
6.) Our staff reserves the right to alter or change space assigned to Exhibitors, to alter or remove exhibitors or any part thereof, including printed materials, products, signs, lights, or sound, and to expel exhibitors or their personnel if their conduct or presentation is objectionable to other Exhibitors. 
7.) If the Event should be cancelled for circumstances beyond our control, i.e., Act of God, Act of War, government emergency, labor dispute, or the unavailability of the site for any reason, Treasure Chest Events may, but is not required to refund eachexibitor their paid booth space rental fee, less a percentage equal to the costs incurred by those hosting the event, to date.
8.) Exhibitors read, understand and will abide to the terms of the event. Exhibitors MUST be in attendance at their space for the entirety of the Event, or have someone there to answer questions when you can’t be. Set up is Friday  10am-1:30pm, Vendor meeting at 1pm , ALL vendors MUST be present.  Open to the public August 9th at  Noon on Friday, ends at 8pm. Open Saturday the 10th, at 10am-6pm.
9.) Each Vendor is responsible for their area, and the garbage in their area. Area MUST be clean and free of trash before leaving. If garbage or trash is found, there will be an additional charge for clean up.  ALL CARDBOARD must be taken home with you. The Park doesn’t have a recycling bin for it. 
10.) The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and protect against, any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, cost, attorney fees and expenses of damage, loss, cost, attorney fees and expense of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant of any of its representatives, including but not limited to claims or damage or loss to property, of 
11.) NO purchasing items from vendors at an event and reselling the item at the SAME event. That will get you banned from our events.
12.) Parking: All vehicles must be parked in the VENDOR lot (will be marked) once unloaded, the Main parking along the street must be open for customers. NO DRIVING ON GRASS TO UNLOAD!!
13.) TENTS OR CANOPIES are allowed and suggested, as this is an August event, and will be hot out. NO STAKES OR SPIKES are allowed into the ground. to hold down your canopy or awning. Weights are encouraged, but NO CINDER blocks. 
 
SET UP: Friday  10am-1:30pm

OPEN to the public Friday, August 9th, 2pm-8pm, and Saturday 10th, 10am-6pm.
Security will be in the park to watch over the vendors booths overnight.

Parade Check-in on the grass by the school. We will give you your # and show you where to line up at. 
 
Entries are encouraged to display their identity through a variety of visual media such as signs, banners both front and on the sides of the entry, balloons, flags and/or t-shirts so judges and spectators can easily identify the entry. 
 
Entries are encouraged to perform along the parade route as long as they performance is in continuous forward motion. 
 
Please note the entry form MUST be turned out and into us by Tuesday, August 6th. Last-minute entries will not be accepted.
 
The parade is FREE, but those who want to be in the parade MUST complete the form, and have it back to us by August 6th.
Please note that parade entries will line up on a first come, first serve basis (not in numerical order).
 
You must be on foot to throw candy. NO CANDY will be thrown from Moving vehicles or floats.
ALL motorized vehicles MUST BE driven by a licensed driver, NO EXCEPTIONS!
